Elizabeth joined the AYLA Team in 2015 and is the Head of the Archbishops’ Young Leaders Award. Elizabeth’s work includes focusing on the quality and expansion of the AYLA.
Andy is Executive Director of Education for The Church of England Education Office.
Clair joined the AYLA team in October 2019. She is School Partnerships Lead Working alongside and supporting schools who are delivering the Archbishops' Young Leaders Award.
Jo’s role of Creative Digital Lead involves advancing the online side of Young Leaders Awards, whilst taking oversight of the AYLA's digital presence.
Laura joined the AYLA Team in 2023. Supporting the Archbishops' Young Leaders Award administration.
Mandy has worked for the AYLA Team since 2012. Her work involves looking after the Archbishops' Young Leaders Award and keeping in contact with our schools and teachers.
Michelle joined the AYLA Team in June 2015. Supporting the Archbishops' Young Leaders Award administration, Michelle works part-time.
Rozy joined the AYLA Team in January 2017. She supports the team as Curriculum Development Lead.
